The BCP Board is elected at the BCP Annual General Meeting each year. The Board has delegated powers to manage the partnership and any related funding.
The maximum number of people on the board is 18, they meet at minimum of 6 times a year.
Representation on the board is made up as follows:
4 members from the Private Sector, elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
4 members from the Voluntary/Community Sector, elected at the AGM
4 other members from the Public Sector, elected at the AGM
2 members nominated by eachWorking Group
1 nominated representative of Bath & North East Somerset Council (the Accountable Body)
The Board have the power to co-opt up to 3 additional members, and to fill vacancies by co-option until the next AGM.
