The BCP Team manage with the day to day running of the partnership and are based at Trimbridge House, current team members are:

BCP Manager

Susan is responsible for the overall management of Bath Communities Partnership. She commenced in this role in September 2002 when the first regeneration funding became available from the Regional Development Agency. Previously Susan worked in the voluntary sector for fifteen years and was the Director for the Avon branch of the British Red Cross for eight years.

Helen assists with management of projects, monitoring returns, payment of grants and provides the first point of contact for project enquiries.
